Quaffable Case Tasting Notes
Il Caggio Prosecco – Italy: Lively bubbles, apples and pears on the palate, this is the perfect party Prosecco!
William Robertson Chenin Blanc – South Africa: A fresh, floral nose and a nice clean mineral note. Light with lovely ripe attractive rounded fruit. Great with seafood, roast chicken and pork.
Taringi Sauvignon Blanc– New Zealand: A mixture of tropical & citrus fruit is supported by grassy and herbal notes. This leads to a textured palate full of fruit vibrancy finishing with mouth watering, juicy acidity.
Fiordaliso Pinot Grigio – Italy: Pale in colour with fresh notes of green apple. A touch of honeyed richness balances a fresh and steely character.
Beyond The River Chardonnay – Australia: Pale gold in colour with aromas of tropical fruit. A fresh and rich wine that has a palate full of tropical fruit flavours including pineapple, pear and melon.
Fiordaliso Pinot Grigio Blush – Italy : A classic Pinot Grigio from Italy, this blush pink is a quality medium style, soft & fruity wine, delicate pink in colour from the grey-tinted skins of the Pinot Grigio grape
Les Ligeriens Rose d’Anjou – France : One of our favourite roses, great year round! A semi sweet style with luscious flavours of strawberry and cranberry. A touch of sweet fresh red berry fruit on the palate and a good level of acidity to keep everything in check!
Altozano Tempranillo blend – Spain: With lots of soft red berry fruit from the Tempranillo and then a hit of winter spice from the Shiraz the pairing of these grapes is a winning combination.
Mission Peak Shiraz Malbec – Argentina: A fruit-driven red from Argentina, with complex flavours of damson and plum. We think this is absolutely delicious and another great value drop!
Spier Signature Shiraz– South Africa: Notes of spice and ripe plums on the nose and palate with a hint of bruléed sugar. Gentle soft tannins and a creamy texture make this a perfect match for grilled steak!
La Boheme Primitivo – Italy: This cracking little Rustic Red from Italy has been a shop favourite for a long time. Dark brooding fruit, rich and full bodied. Just think about a big bowl of steaming Bolognese on a Tuscan farmhouse table and your almost there!
Mas O Menos Bonarda Malbec– Argentina: A blend of 60% Bonarda and 40% Malbec. It has a deep ruby colour with aromas of subtle spice and jammy, dark fruit flavours ending in a long lingering finish.
