And it’s going to be even nicer for four of our customers…as we announce the winners of the prize draws at our recent summer tasting. Three Magnums and a Jeroboam were up for grabs. And here are the winners….

Well done guys!
Thanks to everybody who attended the Summer Tasting! It was a fabulous event with lots of customers enjoying the nice weather and the fabulous array of wines available to taste. The cheese from Cheesie Tchaikovsky went down a storm as always too!
If you missed out on this tasting, or would like to attend another, we have a Rioja Masterclass coming up on Thursday 29th September also in the terrace suite at The Eagle at Barrow. We will be joined by Ruth Sutton of the world renowned Marques de Riscal Rioja House who will talk us through a range of styles including white, rose and reds. With a glass of Champagne on arrival and cheese board from Cheesie Tchaikovsky to finish, this is a great value event at £20 per person. Tickets are limited and this is one not to miss!
Rose alert!! After selling out our last shipment, we have just received an additional shipment of 150 bottles of the stunning Maison Williams Chase Rose. This has gone down a storm, it tastes and looks superb, and it is likely to sell out again so get yours quick if you want it!
This is the last weekend to make the most of our current offers so grab them while you can. Mahi Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough in New Zealand is currently on promotion from £14.99 to £11.99. This is one of our favourite and post popular Sauvignon Blancs’ in the shop and unbelievable value at this price, saving £3 a bottle.
